Teri Cotton Santos
is an attorney and executive leader with a proven track record of building and maturing global compliance programs in highly regulated industries. She has over 20 years of experience in senior compliance and risk management roles for both private and publicly traded companies.
Teri is active in the Chicago Regional Business Ethics Network, a professional organization for leaders in ethics and compliance. She is also a member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and recently chaired the RIMS External Affairs Committee'S Cyber Task Force. She is also a member of the Organization for Compliance, Ethics and Governance (OCEG) and holds its GRC (governance, risk and compliance) Professional certification.
Teri received her Juris Doctorate from the Washington University School of Law. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College. Teri is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) and holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) certification, a certification in risk management and insurance.
